Issue Description:
ADF jams with carbonless paper originals is causing the printer to not meet the Stress Media PFE Rate.
Possible errors:
Solution:
Change the feed orientation of the media; i.e., short edge first and long edge first.
Turn ADF media over and feed it through again.
Switch to the flatbed for scanning or copying your carbonless pages.
