Lexmark CPM jobs does not appear on the printer after performing update

Issue Description:

If the Lexmark Cloud Print Management (CPM) Print Release eSF applications on a printer have been updated to:

  • Print Release version 2.3.x

And the printer’s firmware is before the versions listed, print jobs seen in the CPM portal will not be shown in the Print Release application on the printer.


To resolve this issue, contact Lexmark Technical support.
