Scan Center: Application Won't Scan nor Print when Destination Is having Intervention Required (IR) Alerts

Issue description

When using the Scan Center app and one of its destinations is having an IR alert, the application will not be able to scan nor print jobs.

Solution

Ensure that the remote destination is in a ready state. Print jobs will proceed once the IR alert has been resolved.
