Profiles Created for Cloud Connector Does Not Show Up Upon Log In

Overview

When logging in to Cloud Connector and not using the exact username credentials (case-sensitively), the profiles created does not show up.

Solution

In configuring the Cloud Connector application with FAC using LDAP, LDAP-GSSAPI and Kerberos, logging in to it is case sensitive. The username name should match with the exact credentials when the application was configured.

Explanation

The application will look base on the uniqueID value. A UniqueID is a hash of username, realm, and the ldap dn if a network account is being used.
