No Error Prompts when Detaching Printer?s Network Cable While Sending a File to Scan to SharePoint Premise

What you will see

The printer’s control panel screen does not prompt any error message even if the network cable is disconnected while a file is being set to Scan to SharePoint Premise. The app will simply go back to home screen after approximately four to five minutes.


NOTE:
In the same scenario, a “File Upload Error” appears on the printer’s control panel while sending a file to Scan to SharePoint Online.

Check first the network connectivity by “Pinging” the printer’s IP address. Click the link to know
