Lexmark Smart Card Authentication: Scan to Homedirectory is not working

Issue Description:

You are not able to scan to the Home Directory when SCAC is installed on the device.


A PE-released version of firmware PP.022.076, or later,is known to address this issue.

Please contact Lexmark Technical Support and reference this article ID# SO7973 when inquiring about obtaining this firmware.

NOTE: You may be asked to escalate this issue to confirm both causation and your printer's configuration settings.
