Multi-colored background marks are observed when an end‑user is printing colored pages.
If black only pages are printed, the print quality defect will NOT appear.
Open Door B.
Remove the waste toner bottle (WTB).
Remove the imaging kit.
Press the fourth pogo pin (A) to ensure it springs back out.
Re-install the imaging kit.
Insert the waste toner bottle and close door B.
Perform a test print and check if the issue persists.
