What you will see
When using the e-mail function from the Lexmark Scan Center app, e-mail fails to send and cancels the scan job. In this sample screen shot, error message is outlined in red.
NOTE: Sending e-mail works fine when using other printer e-mail features such as Scan to E-mail and E-mail Shortcuts.
Solution
In the printer’s E-mail Settings > Admin Controls, ensuring that there is no “ @” symbol on the “ Limit Destinations” field will fix the issue. The following steps will guide you to where you can check the said field:

Access the printer’s Embedded Webserver ( EWS) by entering the printer’s IP address into the browser’s address field (i.e., http://192.168.1.10).

Go to Settings > E-mail > User Defaults > Admin Controls > Limit Destinations and ensure that you input a correct domain name format. In these sample images below, the domain format is outlined in red.
