Issue Description:
For newly registered badges on a back-up device, the master and backup devices display the registration page when a newly registered card is swiped. Backup status sync with the master device shows as
failed while master device still having the last registered user shows
1 instead of
2.
In a Serverless Print Release setup, when a master device is temporarily disconnected from its network, the designated back-up device will act as master. In turn, this back-up device is able to register new badges. Unfortunately, however, be aware that when the master is reconnected to the network, all the newly registered badges done by the back-up device are no longer recognized.

Solution:
The user needs to register the badges again, provided that the master device is connected and running.
