What you will see
When accessing Held Jobs on the printer, a folder icon is shown in grid view and you are unable to change the default view to list. Here are sample screen shots of how each view appears:
NOTE: You can change the view between grid and list, but every time Held Jobs is accessed, icons are shown in grid by default.
Solutions
Grid view is the default view set for these multi-function printers: MX51xe, MX61xe, MX71x, MX81x, MX91x.
NOTE: An x denotes any number within a given printer model series.
Should you wish to have your printer has the feature to customize the view and change the default setting to list view, you need to contact Lexmark Technical Support and ask an SPR Request.
NOTE: This request entails additional cost for adding a new feature to the printer.
