The email shortcut list on the printer's operator panel appears to be incomplete; see steps below on how to recreate the issue.
Steps to recreate the issue
Create at least 210 email shortcuts in Embedded Web Server (EWS), or you may export the shortcuts file (shortcuts.ucf).
Once done, go to the printer’s operator panel and then choose the Email Function. Try to search email and then continue to scroll down. You will notice that the printer will only display the shortcut list from 1 to 49,then followed by 200 up to 210, which means that the 50 to 200 list was not displayed.
Remedy
Update the printer’s firmware with PE Release code P353 or later.
