The Replace Cartridge email alert option, found on the Embedded Web Server (EWS) – Settings – Email Alert Setup – View Supplies – Toner Cartridge, is not available on the following devices with firmware P479 or below.

NOTE:
This email alert option sends an email when a cartridge requires replacement.

Recommended solution

For this option to be available, update the printer’s firmware to PE Release code P480 or higher.
