Issue description
The Replace Cartridge email alert option, found on the Embedded Web Server (EWS) – Settings – Email Alert Setup – View Supplies – Toner Cartridge, is not available on the following devices with firmware P479 or below.

Note: This email alert option sends an email when a cartridge requires replacement.

Solution
For this option to be available, update the printers firmware to the latest firmware version available.
