Fax Cover Page Not Sent when Sending a Driver-initiated Fax from Specific Adobe Applications

First observed with Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.1.0 and Acrobat Professional 8.1.7

The Fax card option is installed and the Driver Faxis enabled.

Fix

  1. Go to Printing Preferences.

  2. Select Other Options.

  3. Select More Options.

  4. Select Postscript.

  5. Select Disable Postscript Passthrough option.

  6. Click OK.

  7. Click Apply.

Additional Step:

  1. Click on the FAX tab within Preferences (Printing Preferences).

  2. Turn off Always display settings prior to faxing.

  3. Click Ok.
