Fix
Go to Printing Preferences.
Select Other Options.
Select More Options.
Select Postscript.
Select Disable Postscript Passthrough option.
Click OK.
Click Apply.

Windows 64-bit Operating Systems
Additional Step:
Click on the FAX tab within Preferences (Printing Preferences).
Turn off Always display settings prior to faxing.
Click Ok.
