To resolve this issue, you may perform either of the following options:
Configure SMTP Setup. This setting is found in the embedded web server (EWS) > Settings > E-mail/FTP Settings > SMTP Setup.
Remove the e-mail address in the “Share Confirmation E-mail” field found in the EWS > Settings > Embedded Solutions or Device Solutions – Solutions (eSF) or Apps – Apps Management > Fax Forward, and then select the Configure tab.

The failed message appears due to an error encountered by the Fax Forward app when trying to send the confirmation email.
