Issue description
When you copy a document with a text written in Blue ballpoint pen, that text will not appear on the printout.

Solution
This issue occurs when the current setting for Color Dropout is set to
Blue
.IMPORTANT!
This issue can also affect the colors Green and Red, if Color Dropout is set to these colors.
To resolve this issue, go to Copy > Advance Options > Advance Imaging >
Color Dropout
.
Make sure to tap on the + sign and select
None
,
then tap the check mark.
