What you will see
A 900.15 firmware error appears on the control panel when setting Fax over IP (FOIP) Trace Level value to 7. See sample image.
NOTE: This setting is located on the printer’s embedded web server (EWS) > Settings > Fax Settings > Analog/T.38 Fax Setup > Fax Transport set to T.38 > VoIP Settings > Trace Level.
To enter the printer EWS, open a browser (e.g.,Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) and enter the printer IP address.
Recommended action
To prevent this error, do not change the Trace Level to any other value. Make sure it remains at default setting 0.
