Supply Serial Numbers Do Not Appear in LSM for Specific Lexmark Printers and MFPs

What you will see in LSM

The serial number for the Toner, Maintenance Kit and Imaging Unit is notdisplayed under Printer Supplies. The same information, however, can be seen in an SNMP MIB walk and on the printer's Menu Settings page.

  • Lexmark MS61x, MS81x and MX91x series printers and MFPs.
  • Lexmark Services Monitor
  • Lexmark Fleet Manager

Fix

A PE-build of LSM that is specific to the products mentioned in this article is available upon request. To ensure the correct LSM-build is provided, escalate all related issues to members of Lexmark's product engineering team. A more permanent fix will be provided in a future LSM release.

Explanation

This issue is suspected of being related to non-English printer models.
