What you will see
You may observe misaligned stapled sheets when using the following media sizes: Letter, A4, Folio and Oficio.
Recommended solution
This issue is more prevalent with curled and lightweight media.
NOTE: The printer has no settings that can be adjusted to avoid this occurrence. However, you can reduce the effect of curling by using media that is dry and fresh out of a ream. If the media has been sitting in the tray for quite some time, flip it over in the tray before printing it.
