When the "Outbound Traffic Maximum Speed" is set to 256kbps or below, the printer ignores the outbound traffic limit and ramps it up to a greater speed as shown in this sample tracing software.
NOTE: Outbound Traffic Maximum Speed is found on the printer’s embedded web server (EWS) – Settings – Network/Ports – TCP/IP.
