Affected products
This issue was first seen on a MX910de containing LW50.MG.P543 FMBC firmware; however, printers with similar firmware architecture may also exhibit this issue.
Fix
Contact Lexmark Technical Support to request LW50.MG.P558 FMBC firmware or greater, or request that this firmware be made available for your printer.
