The Multi Send and Solution Composer apps only support FTP passive mode.
Explanation
Native FTP can support both active and passive FTP modes. However, the solutions listed above use a different component for the FTP functionality (which also makes use of third-party libraries) to give them greater flexibility and control. This component is currently designed to make FTP connections via passive mode only and does not support active mode.
