Download Error when Generating Report Using Google Chrome

What you will see

A Download Error message displays when performing the following steps to generate a report via the MarkVision Enterprise's (MVE) Data Export feature.

  1. Select a Bookmark, and then select either a created or pre-existing Template.

  2. Click the Run button to generate the report.

  3. Click on Finalize Export, specify the location in the Save As window, and then click Save.


NOTE:
This only happens when using Google Chrome version 44.0.2403.155 m or below. The report will be saved; however, you will still be prompted with the download error message.

Recommended action

The preceding behavior is a known bug in Google Chrome. Google is currently working on a fix with an upcoming release. In the meantime, you may use a different browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) to bypass the error message.
