Solution:
Upgrading firmware fixes this issue. To do this:
Identify your printer's level of firmware. Normally, this value is found under the Device Information section of any Menus Setting page.
Follow the suggestions in the table below.

Note: Certain firmware fixes are not always available in official firmware versions of firmware. Read the release notes to verify that your issue has been addressed with the cited level firmware listed in the article.
Update firmware.
