Issue Description:
A paper jam originating at the duplex entry sensor increases in frequency with a 230.03, 230.13, 230.23, 230.33 or 230.43 paper jam error displayed on the control panel.
The possible cause of the issue is worn paper path over the life of the product and causation possibly linked to users printing/feeding large volumes of narrow media types.
Solution:
Power the printer Off, open the front door and remove any media that is stuck in the paper path.
Check media sensor area near the fuser (under access Door D) and make sure there are no torn sheets or loose debris that cause a paper jam.
