Issue Description:
A 240.91 paper jam error appears on the display after clearing a previous paper jam.
Possible Cause
This error message could indicate that there might still be some media from the previous paper jam and is blocking the paper path.
Solution:
Open the printer's front door and check for any media that might still be stuck inside the printer. Clear any media that is blocking the paper path and perform a test print.
If clearing the jammed media clears the error message then the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, proceed to Step 2.
From the home screen, touch Settings > Device > Preferences. Check if the paper size matches the size set on the tray guides.
If the paper size matches the size set on the tray, then issue is resolved.
If the issue persists proceed to Step 3.
Change the paper size or adjust the size setting in the tray.
