Software / Solution: Card Authentication v5.3.1
In Lexmark Print Management (LPM), although Card Auth is installed and configured to enable the "Lock Screen", the default login is other than Card Auth; thus swiping an unregistered card will display the Card Auth Registration screen. However, when the user account icon (outlined in red in the image) at the navigation bar is tapped, the Login user interface will display over the registration screen.
Solution
Using the default login set to Card Auth, tapping on the user account icon after a registration screen is displayed will reload registration screen.
LPM setups always have Card Auth as the default login method. The issue only happens if the default login is other than Card Auth.
