Firmware update using Cloud Fleet Management App fails

Issue Description:

Users are unable to update the printer firmware using the Lexmark Cloud Fleet Management app.

This issue happens only to the printers with firmware level prior to EC6 (LHS60.xx.P617).

Solution:

The printer firmware must be updated to LHS60.xx.P617 or later.

1. Check the current printer firmware. Refer to Checking the latest Lexmark printer firmware for the steps.



2. If the firmware level is below LHS60.xx.P617, manually update the firmware using the printer's embedded web server. Follow the steps on Downloading the latest Lexmark printer firmware.
