Missing Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow (CMY) colors check

Solution

1. Open Door B.

   • For Single Function Printers
   • For Multifunction Printers



2. Remove the waste toner bottle and the imaging kit..



3. Open Door A.

   • For Single Function Printers
   • For Multi-Function Printers

   Note:  HOT SURFACE. The inside of the printer might be hot. To reduce the risk of injury from a hot component, allow the surface to cool before touching it.



4. Remove the transfer module. Push the first contact (A) for the transfer module located below the 3rd Oldham coupling and make sure it is present and springs back into place.



5. Reinstall the transfer module and close Door A.



6. Reinstall the imaging unit, insert the waste toner bottle and close Door B.



7. Perform a test print and check if the issue persists.
