Multi-colored full page background marks

Issue description

Multi-colored background marks are observed when an end‑user is printing colored pages.

If black only pages are printed, the print quality defect will NOT appear.

Solution

1. Open Door B.

   • For Single function printers
   • For Multi-function printers


2. Remove the waste toner bottle (WTB).



3. Remove the imaging kit.



4. Press the fourth pogo pin (A) to ensure it springs back out.



5. Re-install the imaging kit.



6. Insert the waste toner bottle and close door B.



7. Perform a test print and check if the issue persists.
