What you will see
Upon viewing and/or printing a stored file via the Downtime Reports eSF application, only a maximum of 300 files and folders can be viewed on the printer control panel.
Functioning as designed
The Flash Player in the printer is unable to load more than 300 items.
Workaround possibilities
If you desire to view the files that are not displayed due to the limitation described above, utilize the following workarounds:
Option 1: On the printer control panel, search for the specific file. To do this, follow the steps below:

1 | Launch the Downtime Reports application on the printer control panel. |
2 | Click on the Search button found on the bottom-left part of the control panel. |
3 | Enter the name of the file or folder, and then click the Next button. |
Option 2: Use the embedded web server (EWS) to view and select from a complete list of stored files and folders.
Step | Action |
1 | Open the printer’s EWS by entering the printer’s IP address on a web browser. |
2 | Click Applications, and then select Downtime Reports Web Retrieval. |
3 | Navigate to the folder or path where the file or folder is located. |
Option 3: Break down large directories so as to contain 300 or fewer files and folders. For more details, please contact your network administrator.
