Solution: Device Quota
The Device Quota counter is not being reset based on the settings criteria specified in the app.
Go to Apps > Device Quota > Configure > Set to Monthly.
To correct this issue, update to Device Quota to version 18.104.22.168. Please refer toxref_SO6667_xref
for steps on how to install the latest solutions version.
