Device Statistics Page Shows No Photoconductor and Maintenance Kit Status Bar

Overview

After printing the Device Statistics Page (DSP), the status bar for the photoconductor and maintenance kit will not appear. This issue also occurs when viewing the status in the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

Recommended solution

Update the printer’s firmware to PE Release code P642 or the latest.
