Missing 'print all order' option in the Embedded Web Server (EWS)

The "Print All Order" option on the Embedded Web Server (EWS) appears to be missing on the Lexmark MS81x. See sample image below.

NOTE: With certain previous Lexmark printer models such as the Lexmark T654, the “Print All Order” option on the Embedded Web Server (EWS) is available. See sample image below.

Remedy

Update the printer firmware to EC4 or the latest level.

How to download firmware

  1. Go to support.lexmark.com.

  2. Type your printer model in the “Enter Product Name” field and click GO button OR click on the picture of the correct printer model shown.

  3. Locate the “Downloads” tab.

  4. Select the version of the Operating System.

  5. Click the link available under "Firmware".

Once you have the latest firmware downloaded, proceed with any of the options below to perform the update.
