Remove and re-install the Imaging Unit; ensure that it is seated properly.

If the issue persists even after replacing the Controller Board, CTLS contacts must be replaced. However, doing so would require removal of the printer’s right-side frame. Therefore, request approval from your next level of support to Mech Replace the printer.
