The printer fails to feed on the multipurpose feeder when printing.
Ensure that the media is not heavier than recommended media for the printer.
Remove media and fan it to remove edge welds. This will also prevent the sheets from sticking together.
Verify the paper level in the tray is below the maximum fill line.
Verify whether the tray side guides are set to the correct media size and pressed up against the paper edges.
Ensure that the media is not wavy, curled, or damaged. If so, flip it over, or replace it with a fresh ream.
