Compressed print check

Issue description

The printed image is compressed. Sometimes, the paper might stop under or at the imaging unit, resulting in a paper jam being posted.

Possible cause

A missing or severely damaged gear in the Imaging Unit that causes the PC drum not to turn: if the gear is missing or severely damaged, the paper will likely stop right at the Transfer/Photoconductor (blue) drum nip because the PC drum doesn't turn.

Solution

Remove the Imaging Unit and inspect it to see whether the white Photoconductor(PC) Coupler is present and/or if it spins freely.

Note:  Replace the Imaging Unit should the coupler show any signs of damage, or if it spins freely.
