Lexmark Device Quota: monthly usage fails to reset

Issue Description:

The Device Quota counter is not being reset based on the settings criteria specified in the app.

Settings location:

Go to Apps > Device Quota > Configure > Set to Monthly.

Solution:

To correct this issue, update to Device Quota to version 5.2.4.6. Please refer to Unable to install solutions via the embedded web server for steps on how to install the latest solutions version.
