The 913.11 error code appears when you print a document.
Step 1. Power the printer Off and power it back On after a few minutes.
Step 2. If the printer goes to a Ready state, perform a print test.
Step 3. Should the issue persist, please contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance.
