You will need to go into the Configuration menu on the printer/MFP and perform a Color Adjustment; see table below on how to enter the Configuration menu.

For CS310 models:

  1. Turn off the printer.

  2. Press and hold the OK and Right buttons.

  3. Power on the printer while keeping both of these buttons held down. Keep both buttons held down as the printer boots up until the status bar reaches 100%. At that point, let go of the buttons.

Note: This may take up to one minute. A new set of menu choices will appear. This is the Configuration Menu.

For CS410 and CS510 models:

  1. Turn off the printer.

  2. Press and hold the 2 and 6 buttons.

  3. Power on the printer while keeping both of these buttons held down. Keep both buttons held down as the printer boots up until the status bar reaches 100%. At that point, let go of the buttons.

Note: This may take up to one minute. A new set of menu choices will appear. This is the Configuration Menu.

For CXx10 models:

2

Scroll down and access the Auto Color Adj. By default, it should be equal to 500 pages.

Note: Auto Color Adjustment sets the suggested number of pages which the printer should print between consecutive calibrations. Selections are Off and the values between 100 and 1000 in increments of 50.

3

After making the changes with the Auto Color Adjustment settings, make sure to press the SAVE button to save this new setting.

4

To exit the Configuration Menu, select Exit Config Menu. The printer performs a power-on reset and returns to normal mode.

5

Perform a print test. If the page prints, the printer is functioning correctly. Should the issue persist even after performing the Auto Color Adjustment procedure, it is recommended that you escalate the issue to your next level of support for other troubleshooting suggestions.
