ADF scan and copy jobs with blurry color shift

What you will see

Both scan-to-file and copy jobs reveal a blurry color shift, but only when feeding paper through the automatic document feeder (ADF).

NOTE: The MX61x and XM3150 will only see this defect on a color scan since this device cannot perform color copies.

Additional identifiers:

• The issue can be intermittent (not seen on every page) or constant (seen on every page).
• The issue does not occur when scanning from the flatbed platen glass.
• In this instance, static charge on the media or the end-user has no affect on the outcome.
