Overview
'Copy Turned off by System Administrator' message displays on the panel when turning on the printer.
Resolution
Here are the steps to enable the Copy Function under security settings:
| Step | Action |
| 1 | On the printer panel, select Settings and go to Security. |
| 2 | Look for Security Setup and select Access Control. |
| 3 | Select Function Access and go to Copy Function. |
| 4 | Select the option No Security. |
