The printer displays a 121.02, 121.16, 121.41 Service Fuser Error or 126.01 Service LVPS Error.
Note: This issue affects the following printer models:
Make sure that the printer is plugged directly into the wall (i.e., do not use with power strip or surge protectors).
Perform POR or Power-On Reset (for steps on how click here) and check if the error message still appears.
Make sure that printer has been turned on in ambient temperature for 30 min.
Update to latest firmware code, if necessary. Click here to know how to update the printer firmware.
