Open the multipurpose feeder (MPF) and load the envelope into the tray.
Note: Make sure that the envelope is face down and the top/seal flap is on the right, as above.
Open Microsoft (MS) word for MAC and highlight the return address, then click Tools > Envelopes.
Click on Page Setup.
Select the correct Envelope size and Orientation, then click OK.
Click Print.
Click on the drop-down menu and select Layout.
Click on Two-Sided in drop-down menu, then select Off.
Select Paper Feed.
Select Manual Envelope in the All Pages from in the drop-down menu, then click Print.
Note: Action for Prompts in Configuration Menu can also be changed. The default value “Prompt user” can be changed to “Use Current” so that the printer will take the envelope sizes loaded from the MPF.
