This setting is found on the Lexmark Management Console (LMC) > Solutions tab > PrintReleasev2 > Configuration menu.

Affected products

See supported printers list on the Lexmark Print Management (LPM) Administrator’s Guide.

Recommended solution

Make sure to enable the .NET framework 3.5 in the Windows Server 2012.

See this Windows support site for steps to activate this feature.

Explanation

An LPM executable, that helps set permissions, appears to have a dependency on .NET Framework 3.5.

Lexmark Document Distributor (LDD) installs the .NET Framework 3.5 upon Client Software installation; however, it still requires activation.
