FollowMe App fails after firmware upgrade

What you will see

After upgrading the device's firmware, any attempt to open the FollowMe app results in the app closing and the printer returning to the home screen.

Specific to this issue is that users are authenticating using either manual keyboard or badge, and no errors are displayed on the operator panel.
