Overview
An "Authentication failed. Contact your system Administrator" error message appears on the printer’s display when the Interact for Lexmark app directly points to the node using 8443 SSL port.
Solution
Updating the Interact for Lexmark app version to 2-3.7.1.22 will fix the issue. You may download this new app version from this link, Interact_e3-4_s2-3.7.1.22BETA.fls
After installing the new app version, configure the app by pointing the ImageNow Service IP to the Load Balancer IP address

), then make sure to set the port to 8443 (

), and then hit Apply (
