Selecting Japanese as the Display Language Prevents Printing the Fax Call Log

Fax Call Log will not print out when language set to Japanese.

Menu path to Language selection:Settings > General Settings > Display Language (select Japanese)

This issue was fixed with PE-released firmware LW61.*.P658 or later. Contact Lexmark Technical support, reference this article ID#SO8067 and request the latest PE-firmware release.

Open your Internet browser and enter the device's IP address. Select Settings > Update Firmware.
