Vertical voids or white streaks are seen on every printed page. See sample printouts below.
Possible cause and suggested remedy
A damaged/scratched Photoconductor (PC) drum possibly causes this print quality defect. In some cases you might also see hardened toner on the drum’s surface, (as shown in the image below).

Replacing the Photoconductor (PC) unit should resolve this issue. If the PC unit is newly installed or recently bought, please call Lexmark Technical Support to request for replacement.
