The VCC Key for "Energy Efficient Ethernet" Setting is Not Available for Mass Fleet Deployments

No VCC key currently exists for the Energy Efficient Ethernet setting found under General Settings > General Network Settings (Active Card).

Suggested remedy

Use a UCF file containing the following code below:

MAC_IEEE_P802_3az 0

Explanation

The Energy Efficient Ethernet variable has a network NPA ID, but not a RIP NPA ID. VCC only supports variables with RIP NPA IDs. Product engineering has confirmed that VCC will add support for the Energy Efficient Ethernet setting sometime post EC6 in a PE-build of firmware.
